49) GENTLE YOGA

This class uses slow and simple movement, breath awareness and restorative practices. Focus is to bring a sense of ease and spaciousness to the body and mind. This class is for all ages, is beginner-friendly, and can help those with certain physical limitations.

Instructor: Suki Kermes is a certified yoga and meditation teacher with 15+ years experience. Her therapeutic approach supports students to slow down, take up space and be guided home to their inner wisdom.

PLEASE NOTE REGARDING PAYMENT:
