Registration for Fall 2021 Classes will OPEN on Friday, August 20th! Please review the COURSE CHANGES info and the online course STUDENT EXPECTATIONS on the Home page before registering.

Wallingford Swarthmore Community Classes

For the Fall 2021 semester WSCC is offering both VIRTUAL courses and IN-PERSON courses (each course will be taught either online or in-person).

 

THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL CHANGES from the information printed in the brochure.  Please note the following:

CANCELLED: #26 Basic House Wiring and #32 Crochet have been Cancelled.

CHANGED from In-Person to Virtual: #27 Gentle Yoga, #29 Embroidery, #30 Meditation and #33 Intro to Pilates Mat will be held online via ZOOM (not in-person).

 

Before registering for virtual courses, please review these STUDENT EXPECTATIONS:

• Please be proficient in using the Zoom online meeting platform and have the Zoom app downloaded and working on your device. Instructors will send you the class link prior to the class start.
• Please have a good Internet connection in your class space, to ensure that your device will hold the online connection for the duration of the class.
• Please be in a space that is appropriate as class space – one without distractions to your classmates and the instructor.  This also includes having adequate space for the course subject, including space to move around during a fitness course, to work during an art course, etc.
• Please follow all guidelines given by the instructor – these will vary depending upon the class.
• Each person attending the course must have a paid registration.

 

All other WSCC policies remain in effect, including our REFUNDS Policy.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN except for cancelled classes.

 

Wallingford Swarthmore Community Classes (WSCC) is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to providing low-cost adult education classes for residents of Wallingford-Swarthmore School District, Delaware County, and beyond.

 

WSCC offers a variety of classes in the Spring and Fall Semesters, with registration opening in late January and early September.
