Elevate culinary creations by adding the natural goodness of tea! Students will learn how to use steeped, infused, ground, and whole leaf tea in cooking. Beverages and foods will be sampled and recipes provided. First class covers tea production basics. Last class will be a tea and cheese pairing.
Instructors: Karen Donnelly is a Tea Association of Canada certified Tea Sommelier and is a writer, speaker and teacher on tea.
