37) AFTERNOON TEA SERVED WITH A DOLLOP OF HISTORY

Enjoy an English afternoon tea served with an introduction to tea etiquette.  A presentation on “Afternoon Tea in Victorian America through Edwardian England” follows.  Food includes tea sandwiches, scone (jam and Chantilly Cream), pastries, pot of tea.

Instructors: Karen Donnelly is a Tea Association of Canada certified Tea Sommelier and is a writer, speaker and teacher on tea.
