Do you suffer from back pain or chronically tight neck and shoulders? Would you benefit from improved balance and the ability to sustain focus comfortably and effectively? Is there an activity you’d like to perform with more power or agility such as playing golf or an instrument? The Alexander Technique helps you feel and function at your full potential. This workshop will help you bring mind-body awareness to your everyday activities and redirect unnecessary tension into useful energy.

Instructor: Ariel Weiss has taught Alexander Technique since 1988. She coaches musicians at Curtis Institute and coordinates a wellness program at CHOP.

PLEASE NOTE REGARDING PAYMENT:
