Our relationships with our children continue into their adulthood, often spanning many years. We continually find ways to be supportive, not intrusive; engaged, not overwhelming; stating our own needs, not burdening our children. These adult relationships can lack the clarity of earlier times. We will discuss ways to understand this time in our life span, examine case studies, and share our experiences.
Instructor: Suzanne Cohen is a Psychologist and psychotherapist for over 45 years, working with individuals, couples, and families. She draws upon all her experiences helping people to build rewarding relationships with their adult children.
