Cooking should be an easy and fun experience! The freedom to use your favorite ingredients is a must. This course will focus on the basics of cooking and how to put your own twist on traditional dishes. Samples and beverages served.
Instructor: Loubna Lemgard developed her love of cooking in her native Morocco, where she was taught to put a meal together using whatever ingredients were found in the kitchen. Since coming to the US, she has opened her restaurant, LaCannelle in Wallingford.
