We don’t need a Holiday to drink Champagne as we drink it all year round, but Holidays are a perfect time to celebrate and indulge a bit more! Learn about the process, history and production of this creamy, toasty libation along with the foods with which to pair them. The accent is on affordable non-vintage Champagnes that are easier on the wallet.
Instructors: Richard Unti and Robert Peters have taught at the Main Line School Night, Temple University (Ambler Campus) and the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill. They are members of the Society of Wine Educators.
