TUESDAY 11/7 (1 week)
Tuition $55
Take a brief tour of the Central Coast Region of California, home of the “Rhone Rangers” (a pioneering group of winemakers dedicated to producing Rhone Style wines in this region) as well as others committed to Bordeaux and Burgundy varietals. They have been successful by virtue of great Rhone style wines being made here along with some of the best Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that California has to offer.
Instructors: Richard Unti and Robert Peters have taught at the Main Line School Night, Temple University (Ambler Campus) and the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill. They are members of the Society of Wine Educators.
