Whether new to birding or experienced, learn and sharpen identification skills to recognize birds by sight and ear. In the field we’ll explore various habitats at local birding hot-spots. Bring binoculars if you have them!

Instructor: Laura Matika has been birding since age 7. She has a BS in Biology from Purdue Univ. and has worked in two nature centers, including as director of the Summer Nature Program at Pocono Lake Preserve.
