There are a few changes happening in the wine industry today. Low intervention techniques like a return to traditional methods without pesticides, fewer additives and using native yeasts for fermentation. Here’s a chance to try some unique wines that you may or may not have heard of. Wines from France, Spain, Greece, Austria, Georgia and Herzegovina. Some are Biodynamic, Natural, Organic, Sparkling and some unusual varietals virtually unknown and almost extinct.

Instructors:  Richard Unti and Robert Peters have taught at the Main Line School, Temple University (Ambler Campus) and the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill. They are members of the Society of Wine Educators.
