Spanish wines continue to grow in popularity in the U.S.  Once rustic and steeped in tradition, the use of new technologies has brought Spain into the focus of modern winemaking. They produce fresh tasting wines, packed with fruit and without long aging to compete in the modern world. Come and explore these exciting new styles.

Instructors:  Richard Unti and Robert Peters have taught at the Main Line School, Temple U. (Ambler Campus) and the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill.  They are members of the Society of Wine Educators.
