Along with preparing and shaping sushi rice, you’ll discover how to make spicy maki with tuna and salmon. Etsuko will show how to pair it with a Japanese salad of seaweed, cucumbers and carrots. Enjoy what you have made with green tea and chopsticks.
Instructor: Etsuko Kono is a native of Japan and worked in and managed many sushi restaurants in Hawaii for 20 years.
