30) A WALK THROUGH TIME: PERIOD ROOMS AT THE PHILADELPHIA MUSEUM OF ART

The PMA has more than thirty spaces from around the globe where visitors can experience art displayed in authentic contemporaneous environments.  Visit a medieval cloister, a 16th-century Indian temple hall, the country estates of 18th-century England and France and a Japanese tea house – all under one roof.

Instructor: Laura Maola is an art museum guide and educator and a longtime member of Art Goes to School.

Philadelphia Museum of Art, 2600 Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Philadelphia, PA 19130:  Registrants should arrive inside the museum’s West Entrance in Lenfest Hall by 1:15 p.m. to meet the tour guide.
