Herbs and spices are seldom the stars of the show but they can take ordinary meals and make them extraordinary. This course will show how the selection and use of herbs and spices can make meals delicious and exciting.
Instructor: Marty Spiegel, Mayor of Swarthmore, has managed the Swarthmore Farmers’ Market for many years and has taught several cooking courses for WSCC.
